PlateBurn — Terms of Use

License
Ignis Algos Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PlateBurn on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
PlateBurn Pro (subscriptions)
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play at the price shown in the app (currently $3.99/month or $29.99/year).
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policies.
- If Pro features are not yet available in your build, the free tier applies and no subscription charge can occur.
Estimates, not medical advice
Calorie, macronutrient, and exercise-equivalent figures are algorithmic estimates and may differ materially from laboratory values or your actual energy expenditure. PlateBurn does not provide medical, dietary, or fitness advice and is not a medical device. Consult a qualified professional about your specific needs, especially if you have a medical condition.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — for example, by attempting to bypass scan limits, overload the analysis service, or use PlateBurn for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer & liability
The app and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignis Algos Inc.'s liability for claims arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
